Civil RICO

In civil cases, a suit charging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act has been called “the litigation equivalent of a thermonuclear device.” Danny Howell has extensive experience litigating civil RICO cases, and especially in getting them dismissed before they detonate into black holes of spiraling defense costs.
